We are looking for full time Dispatchers to work for a busy interpreting company located in downtown Columbus. Free convenient parking is included. Currently we have one shift available 3pm-11pm. Requirements - High School Degree (higher education preferred) - Must have high attention to detail and be a good multi-tasker - Must have the ability to sit and focus for long periods of time - Ability to think on your feet and make quick decisions - Ability to communicate professionally and efficiently in person and over the phone - Advanced computer skills (must be proficient in Microsoft Excel -- test administered) - Experience in customer service and in FAST PACED call center setting A MUST - Position contingent upon clean background check and drug test Responsibilities - Manage a high volume of phone calls - Dispatch multilingual interpreters to assignments - Monitor progress of assignments - Ensure quality standards are maintained according to Company requirements - Conduct quality inspections - Collect enter and analyze data and submit reports based on the data collected - Monitor and review personal work progress and accuracy If you are interested in this position and you meet the necessary requirements please reply to this posting with the subject Full Time Dispatcher and attach your resume.
