Accountant

Assists the college finance director in matters pertaining to the college department other administrative units fiscal affairs. Coordinates all fiscal matters in the Nutritional Sciences department and confers with the college finance director on items pertaining to financial management. Minimum qualifications Bachelor degree in accounting or related field. Proficiency in financial accounting principles and techniques. Demonstrated analytical skills. An understanding and ability to recognize and evaluate good management practices. High level of communication skills both orally and written. Ability to listen and respond. A working knowledge of microcomputer applications with an emphasis on spreadsheet programs. Good judgement and maturity. Objectivity and integrity.
