Job DescriptionGlassPro is looking for a dependable quality driven Auto Glass Installer for our Crossville location. The position requires 1-2 years experience and a proven skill set within the area of glass repair and replacement. We service automobiles semis RV s and equipment. We warranty our work therefore rely on quality installs candidates will not be considered if you are not qualified with three years verifiable experience in automobile glass installations and a valid drivers license.Job Description The GlassPro installer is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass.You will have prior experience in the auto glass industry and have proven communication skills with supervisors employees and customers. You may be our first and last line of contact with a customer so our continued reputation relies on your customer service. You are self-motivated and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.Specific Responsibilities Knowledge of ordering all necessary parts to complete installs Repair and replace auto glass according to specified procedures Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of materials and supplies Collect payment and or payment information from customers for work performed Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced clean and in good working order and condition Complete invoices daily route sheets and weekly reports as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements Prior experience in the auto glass industry Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields etc. Proficiency to navigate online glass ordering Excellent communication skills Professional appearance and personality Valid Driver License
