Very clean camper it includes 3 burner stove 3 way refrigerator Furnace Thermostat Cassette toilet shower combo 6 gallon hot water heater Sink Awning 20 gallon fresh water tank Grey water tank Brand new canvas installed this year New tires installed in July less than 300 miles on them 2 Spare tires these are older Dual 20lb propane tanks Deep cycle battery (at) 2 years old Lots of drawer storage space inside 1 Queen bed 1 Full size bed Dinette turns into a double twin-great for kids This camper can sleep six comfortably Copy of the owners manual Also included is a ProRac Tent Trailer Proformance Bike Rack-Transport up to 4 bikes. This is a 400 bike rack it is already installed and a part of the included package Everything is in excellent working order the only issue is the pump for the toilet does not work need to fill the potty from the shower head. It just needs a new pump but I was not interested in fixing it works well without it. No leaks at all this is a super clean camper and is ready for someone go camping in.
