Learning disabled lady and caregiver through IHSS

I am Mary Veronica Alipranti s Live in caregiver for over a year now. She is learning disabled. I am a Nurses aide 61 yrs. old Mary is 53. We have a bond. We live in a very bad place between Pine st. and Detroit Ave. I have dealt with verbal abuse from some neighbors calling me an Old White Lady mind my own business when they partied til 3 am. I had my car stolen. Thankfully the wonderful Concord police retrieved it and called me within 5 days and waited for me to come get it a block away. We need a 2 bedroom. I have a background check through housing and IHSS. Mary is a woman who goes to church religiously. We are quiet. No pets. I keep our place spotless. Please contact me.
