Disabled Low Income Needs Housing

I am disabled and very low income and looking for housing. I am currently on the active on the Spokane Housing Authority s Lottery Waiting List but could still be waiting 18-24 months for housing. So until then or up to then and to continue I am hoping to find some subsidized housing or low rent housing. My income in considered extremely low income which for subsidized monthly rent would put me at around 265 a month. The maximum I could go would be 400 and thats pushing it but I can make it work. Deposit is going to be an issue but I am currently working on it and will soon hopefully be no issue. My credit is poor but I have been slowly working on improving it. No evictions or criminal history. I would need a ground level property. I would really like to find a 2 bedroom but may only qualify for a 1 bedroom being subsidized. I have a Nephew and a God Son who come and visit frequently so the other room would be more space for them. I badly would like a washer & dryer or hook ups in the property but can t be too picky on that I guess. I would prefer a house or other private housing. I would prefer a private property of some sort and not a huge complex but still interested in any possibilities. I am looking for long term housing because it is so hard for me to make the actual move. I am not looking for a room mate. Single dwelling. My current housing situation is not very safe with my Disabilities. I would like to move as soon as something is available. Thank you for anyone who may contact me concerning my housing issues.
