Preventative Maintenance TechnicianEntry level positon for individual who is seeking to advance into an industrial mechanic role.Job Duties Perform Preventative Maintenance (PMs) on production equipment Comply with GMP safety and audit standards Documentation of work schedule and work tasks complete Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear legible and accurate format and completed with required information Perform general housekeeping Performs other duties as requested required Follow all required work safe practices. This would include lockout-tagout requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas confined space safety safe chemical handling fall restraints etc. Skills and Qualifications Prior work in a manufacturing facility High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Ability to read and take direction in English Proven ability to use basic mathematical skills Work independently under limited supervision (self-management) Ability to work in confined areas and outdoors when required Physical Other Requirements Manual dexterity fine manipulation the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand walk kneel crawl reach climb bend or stoop for prolonged periods of time on a frequent basis. Ability to withstand cold storage temperatures for extended period of time. Constant 32 degrees with certain areas below 32 degrees.
