On call is required once a month.Ideal candidate will be an experienced maintenance technician who possess strong initiative a track record of delivering customer service and a passion for caring for seniors. The desired candidate will have strong working knowledge in make-ready and painting as well as electrical and plumbing. HVAC experience is required. The candidate must have a great attitude excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethics The Maintenance Technician will be working under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and will be primarily responsible for performing general preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment as well as grounds maintenance in compliance with established safety rules policies and procedures.
