Please apply online (at) www.pepsicojobs.com The person in this position is responsible for keeping the building in good working condition and the machinery under their charge in efficient running order making repairs as necessary on the following -Boilers -Boiler room equipment -All refrigeration machines and equipment -Air Compressor CO2 and equipment -NH3 and equipment -Water Softeners -All heat exchangers and equipment -Steam heat and equipment -HVAC equipment -All pumping equipment to include piping - Must be 18 years of age or older - Must be able to pass a drug test - Must be able to pass a background check - Experience in commercial and Industrial maintenance practices. - Self-motivated to ensure timely completion of work. - Conscientious detail oriented. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work at heights. - Ability to work alone or with others. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Proven maintenance ability in electrical plumbing painting carpentry. - Able to perform general maintenance like greasing belt replacement on commercial support equipment -- pumps fans motors bearings.
