Our banking client is looking to fill Oracle fusion HR BA role. Duration 1 year renewable contract Location D T Toronto We are looking for a Technical BA with a strong technical background flare who is able to figure out requirements within a SAAS and Cloud Solution. Candidates with Oracle Fusion experience E-Business Suite experience or people soft experience are preferred Candidates with previous Compensation and HR work related experience will also be considered as the contractor will be supporting an HR Transformation project - project involves converting 70 compensation plans globally onto Oracle s Compensation Platform - Oracle Fusion Workforce The role is to be onsite a minimum of 2-3 days week. The expectation however is that project priorities will take precedent therefore if additional days are required to support JAD sessions etc the candidate will accommodate. Also the initial couple of weeks will likely be 5 days week in office to get up to speed. Must haves Business side end to end Business Analyst experience (PMLC) 5 Yrs. Requirements gathering - ability to obtain requirements and translate them into Fusion s capabilities JAD sessions configuration testing and implementation experience. 5 Yrs. Strong communication ability - will be internal client facing Team player with the ability to handle stress when under pressure Nice to haves HR Compensation background seen as essential. Oracle courses HR Certification Job description Task is to work on a large team as a TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST tasked with migrating a variety of legacy compensation platforms onto Oracle s Fusion Workforce Compensation platform to serve a global employee and executive population. Tasks will include typical requirements gathering and testing work but this role will also have significant configuration accountabilities for this new platform (setting up new compensation plans configuring workflow and year end statements etc.). This is not a technology deliverable but does require significant application configuration experience on a complex platform. Oracle Fusion Workforce Compensation is the target application for this migration. Fusion is a cloud-based Oracle software product for Core HR functions. Experience with configuring the Fusion Workforce Compensation module Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Peoplesoft products is essential for this role.
