Spark Home Services is a residential window cleaning company that specializes in eco-friendly cleaning services using VOC compliant products and non-wasteful methods of cleaning in over 10 different metropolitan areas in the country and continues to expand its growth throughout. Description Spark Home Services is looking for window cleaners to join our residential window cleaning team. Qualified candidates will be able to work independently planning and executing daily schedules as jobs are assigned. The ideal candidate will be an on-the-spot problem solver whose first priority is customer satisfaction. The window washer will be responsible for completing jobs assigned individually. Job assignments will include cleaning interior and exterior windows and associated tasks at residential homes in the surrounding area. We will train qualified window techs in the area who are able to have or purchase all necessary window cleaning tools.Requirements Must be atleast 18 years of age Ability to climb a minimum 26 ft ladder Work safely in potentially high-risk areas Provide high quality and timely work Interact with clients professionally and effectively to satisfy their window washing needs Have reliable transportation insurance and a favorable driving record Available to work some nights and Saturdays as well Must have or purchase the required tools including a minimum 26 ft ladder Punctual and regular attendance is required Ability to work independently Required to work as a 1099 contractor Must be completely trainable Willingness to drive within a 60 mile radius of the surrounding area Must have a direct-deposit accountPay 35% costumers total invoice Fuel reimbursement of .15c mile after 360 miles a week.
