Immediate Opening For Legal Secretary Entry Level Paralegal desiring opportunity for growth establishment of long term professional relationship (Boca Raton) Fast paced small Boca Raton boutique Litigation Law Firm is seeking a Legal Secretary Entry Level Paralegal to work in a closely knit team work environment. Areas of focus are mainly Family Law Litigation and Transactional work. A successful candidate will be a highly organized individual whose duties will also include the answering of telephones clerical work preparation of letters pleadings transcription via dictation as well as the scheduling and coordination of client appointments hearings and depositions etc. The ideal candidate should be able to type at a rate of 75 words per minute as well as be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. The successful applicant will also be a highly organized detail-oriented team player who is also a punctual dedicated individual that has strong communication skills. The ability to demonstrate a strong desire to be willing to learn the drafting of letters pleadings notices forms etc. will be a substantial advantage to the candidate. Hours are 8 30 to 5 00.
