We are currently recruiting experienced Collections Representatives. We offer excellent compensation as well bonus. Payroll paid biweekly Bonus paid out Work Hours 2 late nights (12pm to 9pm) 3 Early nights (8am to 5pm) 2 Saturdays per month (8am to 12pm) Apply at s home.eease.adp.com recruit2 id 10387581& t 1 Responsible for the collection and resolution of delinquent auto loan accounts. Utilizes telephone automated dialer and written correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. Provides customer service regarding collection issues and available collection programs. Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Confers with customer by telephone in attempt to collect current and past due payments determines the reason for delinquency and updates customer information. Confirms account holder by following safeguards procedures on every call. Documents conversation and arrangements accurately in the collection system. Adheres to collection standards of conducts policy on all accounts including third parties. Treats all contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Reviews customer s file and offers programs to qualified customers in order to minimize delinquency. Uses established procedures to make effective use of extensions and due date changes to resolve delinquent accounts. Utilizes collection skip tools to locate accounts leading to resolution. Recommend accounts for repossession or legal action. Maintains delinquent rates at or below objectives. Meet daily and weekly production goals (Calls and dollars collected) This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers including but not limited to Social Security numbers and dates of birth. Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and or Experience The knowledge skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and or GED. two years collection related experience. Language Skills Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Mathematical Skills Ability to add subtracts multiply and divides in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of MS Excel software and MS Word software. Other Skills and Abilities Knowledge of and compliant with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act local state and federal collection laws.
