Employee Stress Management Assistance Program

Dear Employers LNG LIfe Coaching Services offers a Stress Management program for your employees. This program is instructed by a Certified Life Caoch. Employees are often stressed by various things in their lives such as finances relationships health job related stress and more. This affects work performance and can lead to health problems that contribute to frequent absences. Our certified coach will travel to your business to coach your employees on stress management. They will be taught how to manage their stress learn and participate in stress relief techniques activities we will discuss nutrition proper rest and exercise and how this can help with relieving stress as well. Employees will be given handouts to assist with their stress management process. Sessions last 1 hour and will accomodate up to 20 employees at a time. For larger groups additional sessions can be requested and fees will apply accordingly. The fee is 150 per 1 hour session for up to 20 employees. Give us a call
