Job Title Administrative Assistant (30 hours week) Pay scale 10- 13 hour Wo not offer health benefits at this time Job Responsibilities Front office receptionist which includes checking patients in collecting copays charging appointments. Scheduling new clients including sending verification of appointment and office directions via email. Contacting insurance companies for eligibility and authorizations. Phone coverage of all incoming calls and returning calls. Gathering intake information for new clients including demographics and insurance information. Managing all office paperwork and organization of office. Computer skills a must and comfort with technology including maintaining software managing any updates maintaining web site etc. Creative skills in marketing new programs including development of promotional materials newsletters etc. Light cleaning. Assistant to owner for other duties as assigned.
