There are some chips in the clearcoat on the top of the top tube. The bike could use a tune-up. The derailleur hanger is bent. The shocks don t appear to be leaking and the seatpost works ok. The grips are worn. Also the wheels are missing the thru-axles so those would have to be replaced before the bike can be ridden.
