My name is Josh I m a Paramedic and a very experienced Personal Trainer working at World Health at the North Hill Center in North East Calgary. I m new to the province as of November 7th 2014 so as it happens I currently have very few clients which means my availability is completely open I am in 6-7 days per week at all times of the day and have trained all different types of bodies and people from all walks of life and have helped so many people reach their goals and I promise I can help you reach yours no matter what they are Nothing is too drastic.
