Description Hooper Holmes Health & Wellness a division of Hooper Holmes is currently recruiting qualified Health Professionals. We provide data collection services for companies so they can help their employees improve their health and wellness. Most of our events are between 5am and 6pm Monday through Friday with an occasional evening or weekend shift. We recruit individuals looking for part-time work who can pick up shifts around existing jobs or other commitments. Our integrated services help wellness and disease management companies reach more participants gather more participant data easier in the disease management process and better target interventional health support services. We are the only company that meets all the screening needs of wellness disease management and managed care companies. We schedule screenings manufacture supplies ship equipment screen groups and individual and manage the process from end-to-end. Job Benefits Flexible schedules You are in control of which jobs you accept that work around your existing schedule Paid Mentoring Event 15 per hour when available in your area Examiner Portal you receive your own login & password to our scheduling portal to sign up for open events Screenings are staffed on a first come first serve basis on the portal Field Supervisors are available for questions coaching and mentoring Requirements Pay Breakdown Mentoring Event 15 per hour Pre-Site Visits 35 ( 50 for events with more than 7 screening HPs) Individual 25 Flat Fee 2-3 Participant Event Individual Event Fee ( 25) plus 10 for each additional person Large Group Events (10 participants) 18 per hour starting rate. Ability to increase to 22 per hour after 15 events. Site Manager Rate 25 per hour at events where you are engaged as the Site Manager which carries additional responsibilities including reminder calls and ensuring the event s overall success. Qualifications include Ability to perform Wellness Screenings including specimen collection (venipuncture and fingerstick collection) and manual biometric data (height weight blood pressure pulse) Must have medical training such as but not limited to Phlebotomy MA LVN RN LPN Paramedic ect. Must have state specific licensure if located in CA WA LA or NV One year of current phlebotomy experience and or completion of 100 blood draws in a clinical setting Reliable transportation Excellent communication organizational and technical skills Computer proficiency Must have computer (with high speed internet) printer and fax machine access regularly Must pass mandatory online training courses within 5 days of registration Must be able to respond to calls messages and e-mails within 24 hours CPR certification preferred but not required Because of the responsibilities associated with this position background checks will be performed.
