Based in the Philadelphia area we seek a talented and energetic person to fill the important role of Construction Manager. About this Position Md7 is looking for a deadline and results oriented person with a proven history of effectively managing multiple de-construction-related priorities. Responsibilities include manage all phases of site construction and deconstruction for wireless and ancillary communications equipment communicate with clients site acquisition zoning staff legal counsel and general contractors develop and manage a construction schedule supervise general contractor work maintain tracking reports perform site inspections of completed work perform site walks with general contractors and landlords work closely with Md7 Project Manager to ensure success. Position Responsibilities Coordinate deconstruction activities with General Contractor Approve construction plans and ensure GC knowledge of site specific scope of work Perform post-deconstruction site inspections to ensure completion Act as the single point of contact forthe GC throughout the Deconstruction process Prepare final site closeout packages to be submitted to client Required Skills and Experience Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wireless telecom construction developing designing adjusting managing site construction and de-construction processes Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel. Strong organizational and communication skills. Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Bachelor s degree preferred. Preferred but not Required Experience New Site Construction on green field and rooftop sites external and in-building Compensation This is an exempt position. Salary commensurate with experience.
