You have your own entrance More large cabinets above the captains bed and above the desk too. The room is furnished with a desk chair bed and the small wardrobe. Wireless internet and premium cable and utilities included no charge. Such a deal Powder room is adjacent. Main bathroom downstairs is shared with our 2 boys. Now the catch.... I need help with house work for .........12 15 hours per week .......in exchange for this cozy little room. Looking for mature and very responsible person with EXPERIENCE in housekeeping. Need to be able work independently .........keep your eyes peeled. There is dirt and toys lurking every where. Bathroom can get pretty dirty a sense on humor is an absolute MUST your duties will include spending 1 hour each night cleaning the kitchen great room Sunday thru Thursday AND 6 hours doing other chores such as cleaning vacuuming dusting etc. for a TOTAL of 12 hours of help PER WEEK (15 if you are a slow worker). The general chores can be divided up to fit your schedule. You will have total responsibility for the kitchen family room. The chores also include 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 halls stairs entry living dinning play room and laundry room. Oh I will NOT reply to......To IS THIS ROOM STILL AVAILABLE This is for NON smokers only We are about 3 miles from BCC There is a small fridge in the rec room and you will have a shelf and 2 bins for your groceries as well as use of 1 2 of the small freezer. Use laundry room any time before 8 PM. You provide your own detergent bleach etc. Use the kitchen any time (very quietly if its after 8). Of course you are expected to clean up after yourself and never leave dishes in the sink or on the counter... I will only reply to emails with phone number details about your HOUSEKEEPING EXPERIENCE what your living situation is now. If I don t respond to your inquiry IT IS BECAUSE YOU HAVENT ANSWERED THE 3 QUESTIONS ABOVE We live in an upscale neighborhood and have a heated pool and hot tub that you are free to use any time before dark. your guests are welcome but not overnight. No pets we already have 2cats and a year old dog Parking is a problem because we are in a small cul de sac and you may have to park several houses away. Bus service is very limited...you really need a car. Tell me about yourself and your situation Include a phone number if you would like a reply I won t reply to inquiries with out phone numbers. We are a foster family and state law requires anyone living here MUST have a background check (Including us). and an FBI finger print check. DSHS will provide the paper work. This takes about 30 days. If you have lived out of state any time in the past 3 years it will take about 3 months You can t move in until your background check has cleared. (Not my rules the department s.) Our licensor is very strict about this. We also need references from employer and landlord. If you are a foreign exchange student the law is more lax as you have just been through all the hoops just to get into this country. Non smokers only our home can be noisy. You don t have to care for the kids but you must be able to enjoy children and tolerate noise. The baby can be loud but he is in bed about 7 . We have a TV in the family great room as well as in the rec. room so you can usually find a place to watch your favorite program in peace. do NOT contact me with unsolicited services or offers
