Assisted Living in search of full time Director of Dietary Services with a professional attitude and passion for dietary needs. The Dietary Director is required work well with others and keep a positive attitude while encouraging and coaching others to be successful. The Dietary Director is responsible for -Full supervision of the dietary department and it employees.-Planning menus in coordination with the dietician.-Purchasing food and supplies while maintaining a budget.-Keeping an inventory records and required reports.-Interviewing orientation and training of personnel.-Maintain a high standard for sanitation safety and food handling.-Keeping a positive attitude when working with other employees from other departments including other department heads.Previous experience is a must.Please contact us through our listing.
