We are looking for Stand-up Forklift Operators to place with a great company in LAREDO. You will need to be able to work overtime which could include some weekends based on production levels. Job Responsibilities Move pallets and other products and materials around a warehouse May carry product to supply production areas. Loading and unloading pallets and other materials from trailers Locating product in warehouse Pulling orders from warehouse racks using a log and RF scanner gun Performing an initial walk-around of your forklift to ensure that it is in good working order before operating it and reporting any problems or irregularities to maintenance Staging and palletizing product Lifting product either on pallets or unpalletized Performing light Quality Control to ensure that products are going to the correct areas Performing general cleanup and maintenance of your work area Job Requirements As a Forklift Operator you must be dependable responsible and able to work at a fast pace while always being able to occupy yourself with new tasks as needed. You must also be a team player with a solid work ethic who is always prompt on time and committed to maintaining consistent work attendance. Specific qualifications for the position include Experience operating a forklift for the same company for at least 6-12 consecutive months Valid driver s license Ability to lift 25 pounds Flexibility with regard to hours and scheduling Basic Computer skills a plus Interested inquiries stop by our office or simply reply to message with contact information or resume.
