Position(s) are 2nd or 3rd shift in Montgomeryville PA To maintain and repair all production machinery and supporting equipment. In addition to maintenance the tech s should be available to help teams in production by covering machines when needed. Repair or maintain all production equipment with the least amount of interface and delay with normal operations. Testing of faulty equipment using precision test apparatus. Applies knowledge of functional operation of electrical electronic mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and vacuum systems to perform complex diagnostics to determine the root cause of malfunctions and execute timely repairs of equipment. Repairs or replaces defective parts and wiring and adjusts mechanical parts using hand bench power tools soldering iron and or torch. Aligns adjusts and calibrates according to specifications.
