Candidates must be detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a desire willingness to learn. Candidates should also be able to effectively multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines. Required Skills Previous software troubleshooting experience and or a background in Healthcare Eligibility Benefits Administration Provider Contracts Claims Processing and Claims Payment Have a fundamental understanding if the contents of 857 837 270 271 and other formats related to claims and eligibility processing. Job Responsibilities Research and provide assistance in resolving software-related issues reported by our client base regarding system functionality and performance Communicate clearly to customers resolutions of issues reported Participate in regular meetings with customers to establish relationships work through reported issues and discuss business processes Assist in ensuring requirements for new features requested by the customer are documented accurately Assist customers with configuration-related requests Document and perform training for customers on new or enhanced system functionality Participate in design of new features requirements to assist in delivering solutions to our clients Perform testing of changes and or enhancements made to the system on an as needed basis Assist customers with configuration-related requests Document and perform training for customers on new or enhanced system functionality Participate in design of new features requirements to assist in delivering solutions to our clients Perform testing of changes and or enhancements made to the system on an as needed basis Record test results and communicate effectively with the development team providing enough detail to replicate results Maintain a working knowledge of the software and customer business processes Travel to customer sites as needed General Qualifications Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to tailor communications and adapt style Effective problem solving and decision making abilities Excellent business and analytical skills Proactive assertive and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrated listening skills by actively listening to others Adaptability and flexibility Ability to use past experience and knowledge as input to develop innovative solutions that achieve business results Demonstrated client focus and client management skills within context of implementation projects Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility with the client and build trust with client and other team members Education AS BS or equivalent experience General computer knowledge working with Microsoft Windows based applications is required.
