Ulcer City in Alma seeks a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be proactive enthusiastic and intelligent high-level Personal Assistant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to Organizing an ever changing calendar and complex schedule including business and personal matters Procuring household equipment supplies and services as needed Assisting with event and party planning for business and personal dinners social gatherings philanthropy etc. Personal shopping executing special requests errands and related duties as needed Fielding heavy phone call volume and maintaining contact information Conducting research as requested Traveling with the family as needed Booking flights and making travel arrangements organizing detailed itineraries Drafting correspondence Coordinating with domestic staff and others personal assistants as needed Acting as primary gatekeeper and liaison for principal This is a Part-time position. Salary is 100.000k to 125.000k but DOE. This position also includes a full benefit package and the possibility to earn a discretionary bonus.Requirement 4-year degree from accredited college or university Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant Excellent references from both current and previous employers Prioritizing executive tasks and multi-task effectively Strong communication skills both written and verbal Professional mindset and the utmost discretion Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills Must have valid passport and availability to travel domestically and internationally Valid driver s license a plus United States work authorization
