Architect - Industrial Project Leader AutoCAD Revit - Akron OH - JOB 18-00304 Salary Range Commensurate - Permanent Position with Benefits.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply. A full-service design build A & E Consulting & Construction Management firm is seeking to hire an Architect to do all phases of architectural work including planning designing and overseeing construction administration. REQUIREMENTSBachelor of Architecture degree is required. Prefer candidates that are Registered Architects A minimal of 2 years of experience doing architecture. Industrial experience is highly preferred. MS Office (Word Excel Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop experience AutoCAD 3D & Revit experience Prior experience working on manufacturing facilities projects. Prefer candidates that have expert knowledge of building products construction details and relevant rules regulations and quality standards including knowledge of mechanical electrical and piping systems. DUTIESControl project from start to finish to ensure high quality innovative and functional design. Develop Programming and Feasibility reports based on client s business model. Develop designs with client needs building s usage and construction budgets in mind. Produce construction documents including project specifications. Providing accurate on-schedule Architectural and design services. Developing technical solutions of assigned projects including field observations and evaluations researching and collecting data to be utilized in developing technical solutions. Completing assignments within time frame allocated without sacrificing the integrity of the end results. Develop and adhere to architectural budgets and schedules. Develop knowledge of building types and architectural trends and advancements. Some travel is required (not extensive).
