Learning Center Coordinator

Maintain all Academic Enhancement Center computer technology including student computer labs and staff equipment (computers printers iPads). Oversee electronic communication with student-athletes and upkeep of their records in student-athlete databases. Liaison with IT for additional computer support and lab computer imaging. Recruit hire train and supervise all non-Writing Center tutors and create and maintain records tutor assignment (and other) databases and information systems for all tutors and other department staff. Duties include making tutoring assignments approving time sheets ensuring proper tutor reporting of sessions coordinating review sessions reviewing tutor reports purchasing required textbooks for tutors and assigning scheduling tutors for students in online courses to be completed in the Academic Enhancement Center. Serve as primary ASSA tutor coordinator within the STAR System (GradesFirst). Responsibilities include creating maintaining accounts for all tutors and facilitators training new tutors and facilitators in correct system use and assigning students to tutors and facilitators each semester. Oversee electronic reporting for the department. This includes generating weekly tutor no-show reports for sport counselors reviewing all submitted tutor reports for information to pass along to sport counselors pulling EPrint reports as needed for ASSA (Ex Midterm 10-Week and Final grade reports) and working with other departments such as SIS to ensure Eprint reports roll over are generated correctly each semester and are accessible to ASSA staff. Serve as second department Purchase Card accountholder to purchase items needed to maintain ASSA operations. Serve as primary purchaser of technology items (via PCard and OKCorral) and secondary purchaser of office supplies when Administrative Assistant is unavailable. Serve as accountant within PCard system for Administrative Assistant s purchases. Provide student-athlete training as needed in accessing OSU electronic systems (OKEY SIS etc.) as well as in completing mandatory training (ex Sexual Violence Training sessions). Assist in training work-study students hired by ASSA to monitor and manage ASSA computer labs. Serve as primary contact liaison with OSU faculty and staff and with Northern Oklahoma College-Stillwater for student-athlete midterm 10-Week grade tracking progress report requests and other communication as needed. Minimum qualifications Bachelor degree. Experience with the following is necessary basic computer tech support (pc and mac setups troubleshooting updating repairs) network printing setups managing a Mac server and lab adding computers to a network domain (pc and mac) setting up email accounts on smartphones iPads maintaining department network accounts (for network drives department email address and network copier scanner) administering of online systems (STAR System GradesFirst) and online accounts for the department and handling other technology-related issues as needed.
