Manager Administrative Operations

Administers and manages the operations in the College of Engineering Architecture and Technology. Lead in the planning development implementation and management of CEAT operating procedures and ensuring compliance with OSU policies and procedures. Analyzes evaluates and develops recommendations for continuous quality improvement of existing operational procedures as necessary and appropriate coordinates college wide procedures with university and OSU A& M Regents policies. Manages the faculty Appraisal & Development program and RPT (reappointment promotion & tenure) processes within the college. Develops directs and plans programs. Provide support to the CEAT Faculty Council in developing and implementing procedures. Duties also include performing special projects creating writing and monitoring compliance with policy researching and analyzing data and writing reports. Minimum qualifications Bachelor degree in accounting business administration or related field and five years of closely related and progressive experience.
