We are seeking LPNs that can work full-time in the Western PA area. At least 1 year of current experience required. Great working environment Excellent Management flexible shifts and competitive pay. Facility Located in Beaver. Hours All 3 shifts available 7-3 3-11 11-7. Responsibilities include Utilizes the nursing process to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care. Performs focused interview to identify specific patients needs. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient s condition. Collects analyzes and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and or potential nursing diagnoses.
