Jeannine s Gourmet Food Hall seeks an experienced Cheese and Charcuterie Monger to join our culinary team. Responsible for overseeing and supervising the preparation display and serving of all cheeses and charcuterie items to guests and will personally interact educate and make recommendations to guests. The ability to operate a Berkel Slicer a plus. We require experience in a cheese shop delicatessen or grocery store a valid ServeSafe certificte and the ability to communicate appropriately with guests in English.
