Forklift Drivers Needed

General Purpose Perform various warehousing tasks including but not limited to receiving production pallets picking orders sorting damage collating product folding cartons case picking and palletizing product. Associate is responsible to maintain accuracy quality and meet or exceed productivity quotas while performing these tasks.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Malntain quality standards as required by customer and Jacobson Companies . Pick and lift on a regular basis cases of various sizes and weights. Weights may vary up to 50 lbs. . Operate powered material handling equipment including but not limited to sit-down forklifts and hydraulic pallet jacks. Must have experience with food and beverage distribution as well as single-double slip sheet and clamp attachments. Operate RF scanner . Meet productivity requirements as required . Perform equipment safety inspection prior to operation . Follow company and safety policies and procedures work cooperatively and productively with department heads and other associates in order to complete tasks . Maintain a clean and safe working environment . Able to work overtime as needed . Communicate with supervisors associates and truck drivers . Perform other duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum Qual ifications Pre-employment drug screening . Pre-employment background check . Previous forklifting experience minimum of 2 years experience. lnterpersonal skills to work successfully as a team member with a wide variety of personnel . General working knowledge of computers . Good hand eye coordination and dexterityEducation and Experience Possess a high School diploma or equivalentRequired Knowledqe of The ideal candidate is preferred to have Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing GMP environment or Experience in an lso OSHA and Dor warehousing environment.Required Skill ln Attention to detail .
