JOB SUMMARY To paint all products as per customer order in a high quality manner and in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1. Assist as needed in prepping the product for painting. 2. Ensure that the product prepped for painting is done according to standards to ensure a good surface for painting. 3. Using electrostatic and or powder coating methods paint the product as per order. 4. Do not overlook flaws in the product or paint job. 5. Make sure that the product is staged properly for finally drying and movement to next department. 6. Maintain and clean all equipment as required and report any problems to yours Supervisor immediately. 7. Keep all work areas clean and free from possible contaminants to the finished product. 8. Verify all products painted against proper documentation making sure all products are accounted for and report any discrepancies to your Supervisor immediately. 9. At all times equipment is only to be used in the manner in which trained and always wearing your protective gear including your approved breathing mask. 10. All safety measures and policies are to be adhered to and followed at all times. 11. Make sure that all products are handled and stored according to policy and regulations. OTHER FUNCTIONS 1. Follow and adhere to all company policies and alert any violations by others to management immediately. 2. All conduct and work will be performed according to company policy and standards with the utmost of integrity and honesty. 3. All proprietary company information will be held as strictly confidential outside of the company. 4. Immediate Manager will be notified of any issue that cannot be resolved or deadlines that cannot be met. 5. Always maintain a team attitude helping out as needed and where needed. QUALIFICATIONS 1. High School Diploma or equivalent 2. Minimum of two years of experience in powder coating and or liquid painting. 3. Valid Driver s License.
