EARN 5000 Being a CO-SIGNER

I need to get personal loan of at least 20000 with a cosigner of which I would pay out 5000. We could meet at my house have agreed stipulation that we would put into a notarized contract that is legal in court and do anything else I could do to make the cosigner realize that I am legitimate and have all good intensions.This loan would allow me to pay off the debt of credit card consolidation that has greatly effected our credit so we can eventually refinance our home on our own. Also the loan would be for continuing the start up of my own business. I am a white 43 yr old male with a wife and two kids. I live on the north side of San Antonio in a nice neighborhood that we have lived for 13 years. I have never done anything like this and have tried pretty much everything else. I now its a lot to ask and know that if given a chance to meet I would make someone feel a lot more comfortable in pursuing the loan.
