I am looking for a relet. I am offering 200 to the person who is able to take over my lease agreement That means you only pay 200 to move in I am currently residing at The Blue Apartments and I am looking for an individual to take over my lease at the end of December (or asap). I am relocating due to graduation. This means your lease term would be from Jan 1st 2019 until August 31 2019. Keep in mind that You ARE ABLE to move in now meaning you would only have to pay 200 (for the Relet fee which is 400 but I am paying half) to move in because I have already paid Decembers rent.This is a perfect lease because it is enough time to become familiar with the apartment and see if you would like to stay longer and renew another lease. ABOUT THE APARTMENT The apartment consists of three rooms in total with a common area shared by all three roommates. It is an all female apartment. ONLY A FEMALE CAN TAKE THIS LEASE The other two rooms are currently occupied by two females. The rent for this room will be 470 plus an 11.82 charge for Home Insurance ( if you do not currently have it) and 4.50 for Consumer Bill making a total of 486 a month Everything is included in the 486 wifi water ac heat cable etc).
