A Collection Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to collect past due accounts and negotiate payment plans. A successful Collection Representative will advise debtors and establish an acceptable payment arrangement while adhering to the all applicable collection laws. Our top collectors earn over 50 000 annually New collectors receive paid training and a competitive hourly wage with unlimited earning potential in the form of individual and team commission bonuses.
