JOB SUMMARY Supervises and coordinates the cleaning operations and the day-to-day activities of the cleaners to satisfy the customer contract and Modern Maintenance s standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES c Ensure assigned building is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. c Assist in training of all cleaning employees ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the company policy procedures and expectations. c Work with other vendors along with day porters (if there is one). c Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments. c Order and issue supplies as needed. c Inspect all completed work for conformance to Modern Maintenance and customer standards. c Efficiently maintain employees work schedules on a daily basis. c As necessary function in general cleaning role to ensure work is complete. c Maintain control of establishment keys in accordance with building procedures and security. c Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior ensuring all employees are adhering to grooming and conduct standards. c Evaluates employee performance conduct on-the-job training and coaching when necessary and initiate disciplinary action of employees when appropriate. c Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures. c Report incidents procedure or safety violations to District Manager and Human Resources. c Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day night and keep District Management advised of any problem situations. c Conduct safety meetings with employees as needed and assure that proper safety procedures are followed at the job site. c Other job duties may be assigned based on customer or management discretion. QUALIFICATIONS PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS c High School Diploma GED c Previous Supervisory experience but not required c Must be available for on-call assignments c Some computer skills are needed c Able to stand or walk during entire shift to accomplish tasks. Bend lift carry reach extend arms and hands above shoulder height frequently or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment. c Able to lift carry push and pull 25lbs. frequently and up to 50lbs. occasionally
