Before and after school child care substitutes needed

We are looking for kid friendly motivated creative and caring individuals to be substitutes for our before and after school care program in the Green Lake neighborhood. Our hours of operation are 6 30-9 15 AM and 2 30-6 00 PM Monday-Friday. Subs needn t be available all days of operation to be hired but the more the better. This position is flexible to accommodate student s schedules over quarterly changes in students schedules or other jobs. Please be able to work 2 30-6 00PM at least three days of the week to apply for PM subbing. We are a fun and friendly program that creates a nurturing and home-like environment for the children in our care. The children we care for are ages 5-12. Substitute responsibilities will be to work with the other staff in the room to facilitate curriculum activities manage behaviour and generally provide a safe fun and nurturing environment for the kids in our care. The subbing is arranged by staff as needed and as the substitute is available. A back ground check including finger printing a TB test and CPR 1st Aid certification will be required upon hiring.
