Need housemate for Cottage near UNC Campus

This cottage is in an awesome location. Walk to campus. It is in a safe location not far from Spencer in a historic area. I am a male senior graduating in May. The cottage has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom kitchen dining living area large private awesome screened in porch. Parking for 2 cars. My house mate ran out of money and left and I need someone to share the rent. Total rent is 1300 because of the proximity to campus so split 2 ways is 650. The landlord lives close by. Utilities Internet are additional and I can share what electric water has cost if interested. Need a person from now until end of May. If you like the place you could lease for the following year. We have a washer dryer (full size).
