how to keep the kids busyI have several old computers that I have converted into gamemachines using only DOS and over 140 old DOS games.When a machine starts up it goes directly to the game menu that is in the pic. You double-click on the game you want to play and it loads.This computer is NOT able to access the internet. (This is for the safety of the children.)Besides the games like Ms PAC PC Copter Wars Digger Space Invaders and Fairy Godmom there are also tons of word games math games and other educational games. If you have old DOS games on floppies or if you download some with a different computer you can add these to the machine easily.With a game machine I will include a mouse monitor and keyboard. These games do not require such things as a joystick or gamepad. So when you arrive home you can begin playing games.It is helpful but not mandatory if someone in the household knows a little about DOS. 20 will buy a gamemachine....
