I am a male looking to rent a beautiful very large 1 bedroom in a very large peaceful 2 bedroom apartment. The pre-war building is located on Riverside Drive across from the Hudson river. One minute from Broadway. I am looking for a clean non-smoking person. Preferably a student...but open to all About the place location The room has 2 closets oak flooring and a Tempurpedic Bed. 5 minutes from the 1 train(145th)..10 minutes from the A & D trains. 15 minutes from Columbia University via train...10 minutes from City College. Elevator building..6 floors. Full Laundry room in the building. Well maintained clean quiet building with security cameras. Very big bathroom with a huge marble bathtub. 5 minutes from Riverbank State park( running track swimming tennis basketball theater etc) First Months Rent Last Months Rent and Security is required. The rent includes gas electricity and cable (premium channels).Occupancy until next spring summer...possibly longer.I am an ez going person and like the sense of peace & tranquility in the apartment. I m eclectic in regards to art music and people. I have no issues with ethnicity or sexual preference.Just looking for the right vibe for this great space The pictures on the walls can be taken down. Most times shoes are taken off in the apartment...especially in the winter. But not a fanatic
