Customer Service Representatives 35HR

A busy Financial Call Center handling approximately 50-150 inbound calls on a daily basis is in need of Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You will be handling inbound calls from bank representatives clients customers & branch managers. You will be responsible for acting as the liaison with the print vendors and brokers for the printing and mailing of financial statements as required by law. Financial services knowledge is plus. Must be articulate & have a good phone manner.
