Job responsibilities include the supervision and participation in the make-ready process for units and for all servicerequests. Outstanding customer service skills a must. After-hours call services a must.Successful candidate will be responsible for parts inventory bid solicitation and supervision. This is a working supervisor position.ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Excellent communication skills with an abvious commitment to your profession 5 years property maintenance experience Experience with plumbing electrical and painting required HVAC certified EPA OSHA requirements training Mold training Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty pounds Must be honest courteous and possess outstanding customer service skills Satisfying service requests promptly (within 24 hours) and efficiently Exercising control over maintenance expenditures including keeping an inventory of frequently used parts and replacement items Must have a valid driver s license proper automobile liability insurance and dependable transportation.
