Ideal candidates will have experience within Big 4 professional services or retained contingent search recruiting environments within the Accounting Construction Engineering and Finance. To be a good fit for the Executive Recruiter Finance Construction and Accounting opportunity you should have At least five years of recruiting experience within the professional services industry within the staffing industry. Strong relationship recruiting skills and the ability to cultivate a diverse candidate pool within the broader accounting construction engineering & finance ranging from the accounting to CFO level Experience recruiting for diverse engagements including temp-to-hire permanent direct hire temps etc. A proven track record of production and a demonstrated ability to build and grow and strong book of business. The ability to execute a successful sourcing strategy and maintain a strong professional network as a recruiter an existing network of contacts in the accounting and finance space in the Los Angeles area is strongly preferred Management Responsibilities Develop staffing objectives and establish recruiting requirements Ensure the recruiters are recruiting interviewing hiring and training top qualified personnel Nurturing building and maintaining strong relationships with our client partner anticipating staffing requirements and expectations and developing value-added services to support changing client needs Managing all aspects of field employee employment at the site including coaching counseling and removal from assignment as well as maintaining related support functions Finding creative proactive solutions to staffing and performance challenges Fostering an environment of teamwork and cooperation and a culture of workplace safe Accounting payroll invoices and AP AR a must Type 50-60 wpm and exp in formulas. Personifying our organization at the client work site demonstrating the company s and the area s core values operating principles and service differentiators Requirements At least 5 years of Staffing Recruiting experience Solid knowledge of logistics distribution environments Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong customer service client relation abilities Well-developed problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills plus the ability to multi-task effectively High levels of motivation and self-direction Ability to work with people from all socio-economic strata Ability to work after hours and on weekends if necessary Ability to walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook podio Social Media and the ability to learn new systems
