Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following - Diagnose and repair customer returns. - Repackage returned products - Assist with AQL inspections as needed. - Assist with rework projects as needed. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of new developments technology and processes and test equipment. - Maintain time and testing records for access data base and CASE RMA system. - Maintains a clean and orderly test repair area. - Inventory and order repair parts and packaging. Skills and Experience Specifications - Familiar with all aspects of solder equipment and non-powered hand tools. - Ability to trouble shoot circuit problems at a sub-assembly level. - High standard of attention to detail. - Ability to document detail of repairs in data bases. - Ability to manage time and prioritize work. - High School Diploma - Two years experience in a repair role. - Ability to use test equipment (DMM Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer). - Demonstrated ability to solder and des-older. - Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel and Internet software. - Ability to read analyze and interpret technical procedures write reports effectively communicate with peers and management. - Knowledge of basic mathematical computations.
