Security Guard PRN to Part-Time -- Westminster-Canterbu ry on Ch

This position will start as PRN [as needed] and transition to a Part time Weekends 12am - 8am. Part of the PRN time assignment will be paid training. Performs security related tasks which include but are not limited to conducting patrols of all buildings and grounds - Takes the necessary steps to secure and unlock all areas of the community - Must be familiar with disaster plans for hurricanes tornados bomb threats high tides or flooding escaped of poison gas and nuclear contamination or explosion. - Provides Fire department assistance when summoned. - Must be knowledgeable of procedures for handling and reporting safety violations and mechanical problems. - Must be CPR AED certified and able to perform life saving CPR procedures. - Knowledge of location of gauges and machinery in boiler room and other mechanical spaces for daily recordings. - Knowledge of location and operation of electrical switches fuse panels fire alarm control panels fire pull stations ...
