Christian Woman Looking for Downstairs 1 Bedroom w non-shared bath (Huntington Beach Westminster Fountain Valley Garden Grove) I am looking for a unfurnished downstairs 1 bedroom studio suite etc. for 500-600 month Time frame is open minimum 30 days from March 1. Rent is always on time if not early. I am on social security income have been for 8 years now. I need a private bathroom with a shower only no bathtub. I want Kitchen privileges (don t cook a lot but want the opportunity to cook a couple times a week) Washer and dryer privileges. Internet WiFi. I drive a Dodge Ram truck garage curbside or driveway parking is fine. Please no cats kids dogs are ok. Am 55 year old partially disabled woman but I am fully independent. I drive and am able to do everything I need to do on my own. Very active in my church and other activities. Am neat courteous respectful of others space and things. I do not take people or things for granted. I treat others the way I want to be treated and I don t give attitude to people I communicate. Looking for a christian environment if possible. I Do not gossip and avoid drama and stay to myself. Am a peaceful quiet and even tempered person. I do not drink or smoke. I have no pets. I don t have a lot of visitors.
