A growing IT consulting company is looking for Help Desk Support reps to join our team and help improve the services we offer to our client base primary responsibilities will include Assist clients with TCP IP as needed Assist clients with applications such as anti-virus anti-spyware and diagnostic tools as required Assist clients with networking infrastructure such as routers firewalls access points and switches. Troubleshooting operating systems to make sure all computer services are running at optimum levels.
