Position Education program administrator Salary 39 hour Position available 1 Type Full-time (minimum 30hours per week) Permanent IVY Educational Institute Ltd. a private educational institute is looking for an Education program administrator at Coquitlam BC. We are dedicated to helping students from elementary to secondary level in academic enrichment language enhancement and college preparation for Canadian US post-secondary institution. Our students are mostly from Korean ethnic group who speaks English as a second language or beginner s level. This position will be a key position leading our staffs programs students and parents. A successful candidate will possess experience with and proven ability to perform a non-exhaustive list of duties for this position includes Direct daily operation Plan and administer budgets for programs support services and equipment Oversee programs courses and curriculums Schedule and train staffs and instructors Research and develop educational programs Provide counseling to students and parents Suggest registration and academic records systems Review registration statistics and consult with president to develop programs Produce reports regularly and specially when needed Consult with government agencies to ensure conformance to provincial standards Requirements Bachelor degree in Business administration Minimum three years of experience with educational institution environment Good understanding of Korean students and parents who are living in Canada who do not have knowledge of Canadian US school system subject and college entrance more importantly who do not speak English well enough to develop academic skills Familiar with elementary secondary university entrance and language program subjects Knowledge of Canada US Korean university college entrance systems and how to prepare to successfully enter Experience with helping students regarding applications or registrations for university college tests Loving people and enjoying conversation with students and parents Excellent interpersonal skills Apply to Email ivyedu.job(at)gmail.com Mail 102-2764 Barnet Hwy.
