We are looking for someone in the Chicago area with sales management experience in the food processing industry. We will also consider looking at Plant Managers and Quality Managers who are looking for a change. This position would work to devlop the sales strategy for the food industry. The successful candidate would develop and execute the strategy for sales growth analyze trends and create new business opportunities. This manager would also hire and train new sales team members and provide leadership to existing team members. The focus will be on Key Account Development while growing a National Account program. You would work with all levels of customers in the Bakery Red Meat Poultry Seafood Fresh cut and Processed foods segments. Knowledge of Regulatory requirements is necessary. This position is home based and will require travel.
