Office and Accounting Assistant

Our client a small dynamic company located in Nashua NH is seeking a high-energy full time Office Assistant to cover the front office and support the staff. This position reports to the Vice President and also assists with bookkeeping. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering the telephones filing accounting data entry maintaining reports and logs tracking staff schedules assisting with travel arrangements purchasing inventory and company functions events. Must be detail-oriented accurate dependable and professional with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and help out wherever needed. Must have experience with MS Office (specifically Word and Excel). Experience with accounting software is a plus. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits package. Local candidates within commute distance of Nashua NH only. No relocation. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship of any kind now and in the future.
